Refund Policy

Cancelling versus refunding
Cancelling stops the next charge and is instant, from your account page. A refund returns money already taken. Most of the time cancelling is what you want, because access continues to the end of the period you paid for either way.
The trial charge
The $1.00 trial fee buys 7 days of access and is not refunded, because the access was delivered. Cancel before day 7 and the $29.99 renewal never happens.
A renewal you did not expect
If a renewal charged you and you had not used the service in that period, write to us from the account page and we will refund it. We would rather refund than argue about a charge someone did not intend.
Something broke
If the service was unusable for a meaningful part of a period you paid for, tell us what happened and we will refund that period.
How long it takes
Refunds go back to the card that paid, through our payment processor. Their turnaround is usually a few working days once we issue it.
