Who you are contracting with

chat-ai is operated by REM Vision LLC, 11300 Rockville Pike, Suite 1001, Rockville, MD 20852. "We" and "us" on this page mean that company. It is also the name that appears on your card statement.

What this service is

chat-ai sends the messages you write to third-party AI providers and shows you what they send back. We do not build the models. The answers come from the provider you selected, or from the one Auto selected for you.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address, or with a connected account from another provider. Anyone with access to that inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure. One person, one account.

What you pay

The monthly plan starts as a 7-day trial charged $1.00 today. On day 7 it renews at $29.99 per month until you cancel. The quarterly plan is $49.99 charged every three months, the half-year plan is $89.99 charged every six months, and the Power plan is $129.99 per month. Prices exclude tax, which is added where it applies. We email you before the first full charge.

Cancelling

Cancel from your account page at any time, without contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves your access running until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate part of a period.

Usage limits

Every message costs us money at the provider, so each account has a daily spend ceiling, and a trial's ceiling is lower than a paid plan's. It exists to stop runaway or automated use, and normal daily use does not reach it. If you hit it, the ceiling resets the next day. We do not sell "unlimited" and then meter you quietly.

What you may not do

Do not use the service to break the law, to generate content that sexualises children, to harass people, or to resell access to the models by proxying your account. Do not attempt to extract other users' data. We can suspend an account that does these things.

What you own

You keep the rights you have in what you write and in what the models produce for you, subject to the terms of the model provider that produced it. We do not train models on your conversations.

What we do not promise

Model output can be wrong, and confidently wrong. Do not rely on it for medical, legal or financial decisions without checking it. Providers occasionally go down, and when they do, the model you picked is unavailable until they come back.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects what you pay or what you get, we will email you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
